 Psytrance is all over the world bringing people from different cultures together creating a cosmic wave of good vibrations!

Psytrance in Nepal! 

 Universal Religion - Psytrance festival in the mountains of Nepal, this festival is really one to put on your list. The surrounding villages are very cultural and the whole place has an amazing energy! Apparently the Psytrance scene in Nepal is huge and attracts people from all over the world!. This video just shows you a small snippet of the festival.

Noisey review of Psytrance

The Noisey crew go to a Tribe of Frog to film a short documentary about Psytrance. There is not much i can say about this video but what they have to say is hilarious... what an idiot!

Psybrid sounds presents thier Lucidium launch party. These guys have arranged a wicked night with a line up full of amazing talent along side a venue that is going to be filled with UV decor and art! What's the History of Incense?

Whats the History of Incense? 

Incense is deeply entwined with Tibetan culture, over 2500 years ago during the time of Buddha, medicinal and monastic formulas were developed combining five to thirty different ingredients. These masala mixtures contained herbs, plants, grass, wood bark, spices, flowers and minerals. Tibetan incense contains all nature ingredients and are prepared without glues, sticks, perfumes or dyes unlike commercial incense. The list of ingredients found in Tibetan incense is huge. Here are some of my favorites; lavender, cinnamon, rose, lemongrass, jasmine, frankincense, musk, myrhh and amber.

Tibetan incense is often used to purify and cleanse the atmosphere for mediation or prayer, the beautiful fragrances can provide a calm and soothing aroma that can help ones self keep calm and relaxed whilst practicing such spiritual exercises like meditation, yoga, astral projection and lucid dreaming. Each blend of incense can be used for different things, for example a blend called 'energy' made by Buddhist Incense Udhyog in Nepal is used to help promote clarity, concentration and energy renewal.

Frankincense, also known as Olibanum is one of my favorite things to burn as incense. It is obtained from the tress of Boswellia which is a genus of trees in the order Spaindales. (Members include maples, horse-chestnuts, lychees and rambutans). The essential oil made from Frankincense has been considered by many cultures and the 'holy anointing oil' which was used for healing and was used to treat every

conceivable illness known to man.

In ancient times Frankincense was valued more than gold and only those with great wealth and abundance possessed it. It is mentioned in one of the oldest known medical records, the Ebers Papyrus (dating from sixteenth century BC) an ancient Egyptian list of 877 prescriptions and recipes. This wonderful essential oil made from this amazing resin is still used today to treat many things like; 

Concentration 

 Use 1-2 drops of Frankincense oil on temples and back of neck to improve concentration. 

Immune System 

Apply 1-3 drops of Frankincense oil on each foot to strengthen the immune system. 

Blisters 

 Dilute Frankincense oil 50/50 with V-6 (Vegetable) mixing oil and apply to a blistered area 3-5 times daily. 

Insect Bites

  Put a drop of Frankincense oil on an insect bite to help reduce swelling and speed healing. 

Depression

 Diffuse or inhale from the bottle to help with mood elevation. 

Brittle Nails

Apply 1-3 drops Frankincense on nails and at base of nails 3 times per week. 

Stretch Marks

 Rub a few drops on stretch marks 2 times a day. 

Cysts 

 Apply 1-2 drops on the cyst 2 times a day until it disappears. 

 Skin Health 

 Apply 1-2 drops of Frankincense oil on sun damaged skin spots 2 times a day until it disappears. 

Warts

 Put 2 drops on the wart 2 times a day until it disappears completely. 

Health Maintenance

 Dilute 1 drop  of Frankincense oil in 1tsp. honey or 4 oz. rice milk and ingest daily for health maintenance.
